If you have come here to find out more about yourself, you are at the right place. Personality is the product of both Nature (the genetic part) and Nurture (how one is raised and changed by their environment). This program focuses on the gene driven part of personality and what to expect in others who are generally well nurtured and who behave normally within their own gene types. The presentation is in four phases. The first phase involves identifying your style and type and describing it for you. This phase also looks at behavior that is outside of your type that will be used later. The second phase is about learning to recognize the styles of others around you. The third phase involves learning and implementing a program of action that will allow you to more effectively communicate with those around you. The fourth phase is a continuation of Recognizing Type in Others.

Maximum benefits can be derived from this program through time, study, and practice aided by the downloads available here.
